How it works

A living twin of your company.

  1. Step 1: A conversation with every person.

Our AI interviewer, Howie, books a time with each employee and asks open-ended questions about how they work.

  2. Step 2: Scored by a model built with psychologists.

What people say becomes role, manager, team and organization fit, measured against your job descriptions and how your strongest people do the work.

  3. Step 3: A live view of your company.

Leaders ask questions in plain English and test a move before they make it. Every new conversation keeps the scores current, and employees get coaching and career support along the way.

Leaders see summaries. Recordings and answers stay with NTangible.

From guessing to knowing.

Two tracks

Sales teams

Who takes part. Everyone in a sales role, at any team size, within 3 weeks of kickoff.

Data we need. Results for every rep, and % of quota for the last four quarters, within 30 days of kickoff. Demographics are voluntary and collected on a separate form.

Internal support. 3 to 4 independent raters (2 at small companies) on a standard form, before they see scores. Volunteers for a short retest 2 to 4 weeks later.

People managers

Who takes part. Every people manager, at any team size, within 3 weeks of kickoff.

Data we need. Results for every people manager, and team quota attainment where it exists plus team retention, within 30 days of kickoff. Demographics are voluntary and collected on a separate form.

Internal support. The manager’s own manager plus 1 to 2 others rate on a standard form, before seeing scores. Their reps give an anonymous upward rating, shown only as an average of 3 or more and never used for decisions about the manager.
